Nutrition tips

                                                         Nutrition tips

The general viewpoint is that you can't go wrong with a vegetarian diet; it is nutrient rich with plenty of fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. But did you know that vegetarian diets can be low in protein if adequate beans, lentils, and/or dairy are not included?
1.      A leafy green salad with a side of whole grain bread is low in protein. Adding beans to the leafy green salad, a side of lentil soup, and/or a serving of non-fat milk or yogurt are easy ways to include protein in the meal.

2.       Also, eating the same lettuce salad for lunch every day can also mean that your diet lacks variety. Eating a variety of vegetables and fruits ensures that you are getting different nutrients from naturals foods on a regular basis.
      3.  They may also include additional nutrition information of food like dietary fiber, cholesterol, and sodium content. The field of nutrition is continuously evolving due to extensive scientific research that is conducted globally.
     4. Qualified nutrition professionals with specializations in chronic health diseases, food allergies, dietary restrictions or ethnic diets may also offer support via personalized diet consultations and advice.
    5.  Many Indians follow a vegetarian diet that also includes eggs, and dairy products like milk, yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, and butter. Most savory Indian snack foods tend to be deep fried while desserts are made with ghee (clarified butter).
    6. Moderation is important as both the snacks and desserts are high in fat. There are very few free online food databases that provide accurate Indian cuisine nutrition facts or a protein content food list for ethnic cuisine.
   7. Working with a qualified nutrition professional who is also knowledgeable in ethnic dietary restrictions helps with the creation of appropriate meal plans and diet modifications that work for your lifestyle and health requirements.

I didn't have the time to research recipes, etc so just decided to buy the Wilton chocolate and I'm so glad I did. It tasted GREAT! It was so easy to use. You microwave it right in the bag and just pour it in the fountain. The fountain flowed so well all night and had a perfect cascade down all 3 tiers. Buy it for the convenience or the taste...they're both amazing. Buy Now

Zero Gravity The Perfect Chair

  • 3.4 out of 5 stars
  • Classic II The zero gravity position cradles your back and elevates your legs above your heart.
  • Easy ingress and egress are achieved with the extended range of motion in the upright position.
  • Exclusive Features Patented OrthonomicTM body frame with built-in lumbar curve.
  • Extra wide leg rest provides maximum comfort.
  • Manual Recline Zero Gravity Perfect Chair - Black and Walnut
PROS:
Attractive
comfortable for the most part
do not take up a lot of space
easy to move around
CONS:
Leather cover is too thin, almost paper thin on a backing. Ours have already split and we are normal weight people.
Very hard to clean because of how thin the leather is. Rub it too hard with a cloth and you will rub off the leather.
I don't like not being able to straighten my legs out occasionally. The chair is designed to curve your legs and this bothers my legs at times.
The leg extender is a waste of money and doesn't fit well and doesn't do anything but scrape the floor. If you cannot straighten your legs out why do you need the option of paying more for a leg extender? Don't.
Overpriced for what you get. A little hardware, a little wood, cheap leather and some foam. $300-500 per chair would be more in line with what you get.
All the options are additional costs.

Customer Reviews

Best chair ever. We've owned the Zero Gravity Perfect Chair for several years. We recently were away from home for 6 months & missed the chair so much, we purchased one for our vacatioon home. My husband & I both have bad lower back problems. All it takes is a rest in this chair & we're able to get going again. Not only would we receommend this to a friend, we actually bought a second one.
